I came across this very old booth shot from when I was doing outdoor artfairs.
I have not done them for about 8 years while I've been teaching and attempting to sell my
work online instead. I'm starting to think I've narrowed my exposure too much
by avoiding doing shows. My work has in the mean time become much more time intensive and delicate. I'm just not sure that I can handle hauling it around again??? The ongoing dilema of how to get your work out there and still have
time to do your work ???

Candleholders

Was really disappointed that these Lily trio candleholders could not be made into molds. My gallery in L.A.
wanted to mass produce them and get them into Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel.
How great that would have been ! Ah well... .onto the ongoing marketing tests.

Book

I'm so excited....I'm going to be featured in a book titled
"Flower Art." ( actually that is the working title) Author
Cindy Ann Coldiron to be published by Schiffer Books Fall 2012 !


More on that later when I have a photo to share ! Yippee!!

New Work....New Name. I could not think of a name for this new piece until
my sister Betty called it a "Sea Flower". Seems perfect to me. Thanks Betty !

Hawaii order

Lovely order from the Hawaiian Islands

Six of these Hosta Plates went to Hawaii to be given by Leslie to five of
her freinds at a reunion they are planning. The sixth piece goes to Leslie.

I lived in Hawaii for four years and was thrilled to send some of my work
back there. In fact my very first ceramic classes were in Hawaii.

Thanks Leslie. Your order was one of my favorits.
